For some reason this is one of the most memorable quotes from 'The Law Of Ueki' to me. And frequently throughout my life there are situations which remind me of the quote.

In the scene, Anon spots an old lady looking for a dropped pendant in the bushes. Anon offers to help. When he finds it, he questions the old lady of its importance. What worth is there in a material object? The old lady explains that it is a sentimental treasure. And thus the quote was born.



I just felt like drawing Anon, since it has been a while.
